ZONING VARIANCE

APPLICATION 

$125.00 upon filing, plus all publication costs 

to be paid in advance before meeting can be

held, plus all costs associated with adjoining 

property owner notification. Fee's not refundable. 

$500.00 upon filing, plus all publication costs to

be paid in advance before meetings can be held, 

property description verification (by abstractor), 

and subsequent recording or filing fees, plus all 

costs associated with adjoining property owner

verification notification.  

(Fee is not refundable.)

$25.00 Note: Any sign included as a part of

Leaves may be disposed of at Hills Park at the 

composting site. No plastic bags, boxes, etc. 

Only leaves- no twigs, branches, or debris. 

Branches & twigs can be disposed of at tree 

dump, on North Washington. . 

They are open all the time if not muddy.

Central Standard Time -- No vehicle can be parked

on any street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.

During daylight savings time vehicles can be parked 

on any street between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., unless 

street is otherwise restricted. 

Water meters are available at the person's expense.

(Allows water used outside of home to be metered but

not charged for sewer.) 

City fines are collected for sump pumps pumping into 

the sanitary sewer or other illegal pumping in the 

amount of $100.00.
